Scottsdale Leasing is the luxury leasing practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage. The family built a property management and leasing business in Los Angeles — working with exactly this class of residence and this kind of client — before relocating to Arizona in 2020.
That background is the reason this practice exists. Leasing a significant home is not the same trade as filling a rental, and clients who need privacy can tell within one conversation whether the person across from them has done it before.
It is deliberately a small-volume business. We take on what the broker can personally oversee, which is why every client deals with the same person from the first call to the move-in.
The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, covering Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and greater Phoenix, and the Greater Verde Valley Chamber, where our family has roots and a second concentration of managed property.
